Cher-Rin Chong leaves for Oxford, England, on May 30, having been awarded the prestigious Oxford Nuffield Medical Fellowship in 2015. Cher-Rin submitted her PhD thesis for research completed under the supervision of Professor John Horowitz and Associate Professor Betty Sallustio at the Basil Hetzel Institute, TQEH. At the University of Oxford Cher-Rin will work with Professor Kieran Clarke and her research group in the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics.

These recipients are based at the Basil Hetzel Institute, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH).
