Vacation Scholarships

Overview

The Hospital Research Foundation Vacation Scholarship Scheme is designed for undergraduate students with research promise to gain research experience under the supervision of a staff member of The University of Adelaide or University of South Australia or a hospital staff member affiliated with one of the Universities.

 

Scholarships are for the full-time equivalent of a minimum of six weeks and a maximum of eight weeks. Students can negotiate with the supervisor to complete some of the scholarship part-time. To be eligible, students must have completed at least two years of their course.

 

A limited number of vacation projects are available at the Basil Hetzel Institute for Translational Health Research over the University summer holidays.

Important Dates

Vacation Scholarships will open on Monday 8 August 2011.
Vacation Scholarships closed on Friday 30 September 2011.

Vacation scholarships will reopen in July 2012. Please check this site then.
