Scholarship: Adelaide ENT Research Institute Scholarship with corresponding Full Fee Scholarship from The University of Adelaide

Sholeh received her Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Alzahra in Iran in 2015. During her MSc she worked on green synthesis of silver nanoparticles and their biomedical applications. Sholeh obtained her BSc Animal Biology from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran. She has worked as a research assistant for two years in the field of nanoparticle research and has published three papers in peer-reviewed journals and participated in four national and international conferences. Her research interest is in green synthesis of nanoparticles and their biomedical applications.

Sholeh’s PhD project aims to synthesise nanoparticles by green (environmentally friendly) approaches and use them as antimicrobial agents. The expected outcome of this project is to significantly improve the treatment of infections.
