Jarrod is a Senior Research Consultant with the Hugo Centre for Migration and Population Research (the ‘Hugo Centre’), specialising in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) related projects/initiatives. Jarrod provides research support to Dr Danielle Taylor who is undertaking a 3 year mid-career research fellowship funded by The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF).
Jarrod has a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. His master’s research investigated the service accessibility challenges faced by rural South Australians aged 65 years and over, leveraging accessibility/remoteness indices he has updated and developed through his role within the Hugo Centre.
