Joshua was awarded a First Class Honours Bachelor of Health and Medical Science degree from The University of Adelaide in 2020.
Joshua’s thesis seeks to characterise postoperative gastrointestinal recovery after general surgery, the factors that influence it and its effects, through literature review, prospective audit, clinical evaluation, economic analysis, and non-invasive methods of objective monitoring.
