Two Heart Foundation Vanguard Grants awarded to Emeritus Professor John Horowitz
The Heart Foundation’s Vanguard Grants are available to researchers for concept studies, with the potential to improve cardiovascular health in the short term. John Horowitz, an Emeritus Professor at The University of Adelaide, and Group Leader of the Cardiovascular Pathophysiology and Therapeutics Group at the Basil Hetzel Institute, TQEH, is a chief investigator on two of the three Vanguard Grants awarded to South Australian researchers, from a total of 24 grants.
